Dr Logan Shemer
Dr Logan Shemer completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne in 2011, followed by a broad range of hospital work across multiple medical specialties. He later obtained the Clinical Diploma in Palliative Medicine through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and subsequently attained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Logan is an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia, fully qualified in the diagnosis and management of skin cancers. He provides comprehensive care, including non-surgical treatments and advanced surgical procedures such as skin flaps and grafts.
He enjoys all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in chronic disease management, weight management, and preventive health. He also performs a range of clinical procedures, including ear microsuction, Implanon insertion and removal, iron infusions, and other minor procedures.
Outside of medicine, Logan enjoys exploring new food spots, spending time outdoors with his partner and dog, and discovering great coffee. He is also an unapologetic gaming enthusiast and stays active through running and regular weight training.
Dr Shemer does not provide ADHD diagnostic assessments; however, he is able to support patients with ongoing management and continuation of prescribed ADHD medications. A current diagnosis and treatment plan from a specialist is required prior to commencing shared care.
